Having spent numerous years in commercial real estate and property management, I am often asked to consult for organizations or provide advice to individuals operating within the space. I realized that a more efficient way to share my knowledge would be this site and the blog that follows. It contains my thoughts on a wide variety of topics and is meant to be a useful tool for anyone who would choose to access this information. The statements contained herein are my own and do not necessarily represent the views of any organization including my current employer.

SalesForce

The most robust CRM tool. I've used it to building a customized property management application to manage contracts, inspections and tenant relations.

Jones

Managing and verifying certificates of insurance is a pain. Even worse, it takes up an extended amount of time for your property managers. Eliminate the hassle with this 3rd party service.

DocuSign

Decrease the time and effort it takes to execute leases, contracts and all manner of documents. Link it to your company's ECM system. Oh yeah, it integrates with Salesforce too!

Smartsheet

I used to think nothing could replace Excel, until I found Smartsheet. Manage your data and turn it into dashboards by collaborating in with built in automations and notifications. No coding required.
